Melissa Butler joined AWB Charlesworth Solicitors in March 2024 as a paralegal in the Wills, Trust and Probate department.
Wills, Trusts and Probate, otherwise known as the Private Client department, is split across three of our sites to service the needs of customers in Skipton, Keighley and Bradford, the wider area of the Aire Valley and the Yorkshire Dales. AWB Charlesworth’s work in this area is growing and we now have a team of 11, including five solicitors and a specialist legal accountant. The department works closely with other departments in the firm such as Residential Property, Commercial Property, Litigation and Commercial & Corporate.
Melissa previously worked at Schofield Sweeney Solicitors. She has almost a decade of experience in estate administration, the preparation of Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney, and in dealing with applications to the Court of Protection.
